Corporate & Regulatory Compliance

We are a legally registered and fully compliant entity within the Republic of Indonesia, maintaining all necessary licenses to operate and provide our specialized technology services.

Legal Entity: We operate as a registered Perseroan Terbatas (PT) under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, with our corporate standing verifiable through the Ministry of Law and Human Rights.
Business Identification Number (NIB): We hold a valid NIB issued through the Online Single Submission (OSS) system, which serves as our primary business license.
Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP): We are a registered corporate taxpayer and are fully compliant with all tax reporting and payment obligations as mandated by the Directorate General of Taxes (Direktorat Jenderal Pajak).
KBLI Classification: Our business activities are correctly classified under the Indonesian Standard Industrial Classification (KBLI) codes for software publishing, computer programming, and data processing activities.
BPJS Employment Insurance: All our Indonesian employees are registered for social security and healthcare under the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan programs, ensuring their welfare and our compliance with national labor laws.

BAPPEBTI & OJK Consultation: For projects involving crypto-assets or financial technology, we operate in strict accordance with the regulations set forth by the Commodity Futures Trading Regulatory Agency (BAPPEBTI) and the Financial Services Authority (OJK). We do not facilitate the trading of unregistered crypto-assets.
Anti-Money Laundering (AML/KYC): Our platforms that involve value transfer incorporate robust Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures, aligned with the standards of the Indonesian Financial Transaction Reports and Analysis Centre (PPATK).
